Special Programs Department
The Bossier Parish Schools Special Programs Department provides an array of services to teachers, administrators, parents/caregivers, and other members of the community. Debbie Hays, Supervisor of Special Programs, with assistant, Minnie Malmay, are available for assistance and support in the areas of out of district student placement and district accreditation.
