New Spring 2012 Testing Information
including Cell Phone Policy in Testing Environments
Important Summer Reminder for Parents:
All Immunizations and Age-Appropriate Boosters
Due upon entry to the 2012-2013 School Year
You need to obtain an updated LA Immunization Card for you child this summer if:
- Your student needs any immunizations over the summer, according to their age requirements.
- Contact your physician, local Health Unit, or Shots for Tots scheduled locations should your student's immunizations need updating.
You need to obtain a LA Immunization Card if:
- You are from out-of-state and are enrolling your child into Bossier Parish Schools. (Current records can be transferred to a LA Immunization Card at a local Health Unit.)
- You are enrolling your child, and they need any immunizations or boosters according to their age requirements.
