Bossier Parish Schools hosts several auctions at various times throughout the year. Auctions are held at GovDeals, Inc.
Persons interested in purchasing surplus items offered at auction must register with GovDeals, Inc. and follow the online auction process.
GovDeals, Inc requires payment be made within 5 (five) business days of auction closure. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate, unless other arrangements have been made.
Successful bidders are responsible for the loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Bossier Parish Schools cannot pack or ship items.
All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Bossier Parish Schools makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.
