  • Trouble Logging Into Google Classroom?

    Posted by:

If your student is having trouble logging in to Google Classroom, here are a few steps to try.

    1. Click on the Student Login Information Button above to verify the student login information.

    2. Make sure another student is not logged in on the chromebook. Logging out of a chromebook requires clicking on the clock in the bottom right corner of the screen and then clicking on "Sign Out." This will allow the student to log into the chromebook with their Bossier Schools credentials and therefore, log into Google Classroom.

    3. If your student is working on a windows device, they will need to be logged into the chrome browser with their Bossier Schools email address before logging into Google Classroom.

    4. If you are still not able to log into Google Classroom contact your student's classroom teacher.
