Hi, Bearkittens! My name is Heidi Cooper. I am proud to be a part of a great team serving the students and families as the Guidance Counselor. Getting to know each student is such a joy to me! I partner with the students, families, teachers, and staff to ensure that all students have the ability to become emotionally and academically successful.
I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 25 years. We have two beautiful daughters, ages 13 and 18. I began my career in education 11 years ago as a teacher and school counselor. I graduated from LSUS with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, and received my master's degree in Counseling and Guidance from Louisiana Tech. This is my second year at Bossier Elementary, and I love it!
Please see the following links and helpful information below. If you have any questions, feel free to call me.
