• 4‑H empowers young people with the skills to lead for a lifetime. In the 4-H program, students complete hands-on projects in areas like health, science, agriculture, and civic engagement in a positive environment where they receive guidance from adult mentors and are encouraged to take on proactive leadership roles.


  • *Make a 22 X 28 poster board telling a story of milk and/or milk products and their importance to healthy bodies. The billboard should encourage or promote the consumption of milk.


    *Make a poster 22 X 28 white poster board. Posters should generate positive images and promotion of beef (not live cattle production) using the theme "Better with Beef." The theme surrounds the concept that the consumption of beef is safe and vital for the environment.



    Do not use the commercial brand names of products on the poster.

    Do not use any jingles, slogans, signs, or pictures that are trademark or copyright protected on the poster.

    Do not attach anything to posters that is more than 1/8 inch thick.

    Place your name, address, grade in school and parish on the BACK UPPER RIGHT CORNER. Posters will be judged on accurateness, interest, originality, message, and general appearance.
