Google Additional Services

Bossier Schools utilizes Google Core Services (including Calendar, Classroom, Drive, Docs, Meet, Keep, Sites, and Tasks ) under a privacy agreement with the Louisiana Department of Education and an addendum specific to our district. To supplement learning, we also offer a limited selection of "Additional Google Services" as optional educational tools for our educators to utilize. The specific tools enabled for student use are listed below and are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Because these additional services are generally intended for individual consumer use and are not covered under Google's Core Service agreement, parental consent is required for users under 18. This consent is outlined during online registration (both for new and returning students) and implied with the submission of the registration. Parents or guardians who wish to withdraw consent for these additional services must do so in writing through their child's school.
