Substitute Teachers

Bossier Parish School Board Substitute Teaching Application Process

Substitute teachers play an integral role as part of the Bossier Parish School Board team. They assist the district in continuing the effective educational process provided by our highly qualified teaching staff while staff members are receiving additional professional development or absent from their position. We strive to provide a strong pool of qualified substitute teachers for these occurrences.

Please see the information below for the answers to your questions regarding substitute teachers. If you have additional questions, please contact Kristy Jackson by email (kristy.jackson@bossierschools.org) or at 318-549-5066. Thank you for your interest in Subbing for us!
