Good news, SOBO! Highway 71 has been fully reopened for tomorrow's commute to school and buses will return to normal pickup and dropoff times. We thank you for your patience these last few days.

An internet outage caused by repairs being made due to the train collision is affecting phone service at Elm Grove Elementary. We are rerouting cell phones in the front office to accept incoming calls, but want you to be aware that class phones and emails are temporarily out of service. We are working on solutions and will keep you updated.
Please be advised the intersection of Highway 71 and Smith Road remains closed and will not reopen in time for school Monday morning. Drivers are advised to take Hwy 527 around to Hwy 154 or another alternate route, and to allow additional commute time. Bus delays are anticipated again as well. Thanks for your patience!

It's time to complete the Free/Reduced meal application at https://www.myschoolapps.com/
Paper applications are available upon request at their child's school.
Completed applications should be returned to the Child Nutrition office.
Remember, families must reapply every school year.
If you have questions, please contact the Child Nutrition office at 549-5046.

Congratulations to Elm Grove Middle School’s Micah Stewart, a recent recipient of a $10,000 grant from the Amazon Northwest Louisiana Community Fund!
Stewart plans to use the funds to implement the Louisiana Robotics Challenge Program at EGMS and other schools across northwest Louisiana. We are thrilled for the many opportunities his students will have as they explore computer science, engineering, and robotics.
