Bossier Schools is excited to announce that Kimberly Gray from W.T. Lewis Elementary School has been selected to serve in the 2027 cohort of the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching (NIET) Teacher Leader Fellows Program.

Gray joins 13 outstanding educators from across the country who will work alongside NIET to deepen their knowledge of instructional best practices, expanding their ability to support the critical work taking place both within and beyond their home districts. The NIET Teacher Leader Fellows Program chooses dynamic educators who demonstrate excellence, possess a proven ability to advance student success, and model these skills for their peers.
