Plain Dealing High School Welcomes Coach William Leake to the Lion Family
Plain Dealing, LA — Plain Dealing High School is proud to announce the addition of Coach William Leake to our faculty and athletic team. A passionate educator and mentor, Coach Leake brings energy, experience, and a student-centered mindset that will greatly benefit our school community.
A native of Southeast Louisiana, Coach Leake began his journey in education as an intern from Louisiana Tech University, where he earned his degree in Secondary Education. During his internship under the guidance of Michael Concilio at Parkway High School, he found his calling in empowering students both in the classroom and on the field.
Now at Plain Dealing High School, Coach Leake is committed to helping students become the greatest version of themselves. His dedication to education and athletics aligns perfectly with our school’s mission to support the whole child—academically, socially, and athletically. Whether in practice or in the classroom, he motivates our Lions to aim higher, work harder, and believe in their full potential.
“We are excited to welcome Coach Leake to the Lion family,” said Principal Jason Edwards. “His commitment to student growth and passion for teaching will make a lasting impact on our campus.”
Please join us in giving Coach Leake a warm Plain Dealing welcome as we look forward to a successful school year ahead.
