Staff Appreciation Week is this week! As we celebrate our teachers, we hope the students will join in on our dress up days. A detailed email was sent out clarifying the dress up information on Thursday of last week. Students who wear items that are not approved will call home.

HMS is excited to offer our Volleyball Clinic for students who are entering grades 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th grade in the Haughton Community for the 26-27 school year!
The clinic dates are May 4-5 from 2:45 pm to 5:00 pm. Elementary students need to get here as soon as they can. They do not need to check out to get to the clinic. We understand you are still in school.
The cost is $40 and must be paid through School Cash Online. The deadline is midnight on May 3.

Parents have reached out to us about ways to love on our staff. Our staff loves handwritten notes and high fives. If you want to something more, you can view their favorites list to find ideas. Attention Students interested in representing HMS as our beloved BUCKY! Bucky does far more than support the cheerleaders, He represents our school and community. In past years, he was so beloved that they made him the Grand Marshall of the Haughton Christmas Parade. Bucky has been asked to do "Breakfast with Bucky," for a local community fundraiser, and he supports all school athletic and community service events like the Veteran's Breakfast, Military Appreciation Night, and more. As the HMS Mascot, you will be expected to be a positive role model for our students and community members. The mascot follows the same constitution as HMS Cheer and must be committed to our attendance policy and our standard of excellence.
To tryout, you must create your own mascot skit.
