New Episode Alert! In the latest episode of On the Record - student broadcasters are pulling out all the stops with an exclusive sit-down interview with Superintendent Rowland; we share important graduation details for the Class of 2026; and we surprise our April Gold Star - Colonel Tony Zucco. Watch the full episode here: https://bit.ly/OTRS4E16

Although the school year is still underway, we are excited to share news with you about transportation changes coming in 2026-27 that we see as a real win for our families and students.
At Legacy Elementary, adjustments have been made to allow all buses to load at the same time each afternoon. This means no more late shifts and the need for students to wait on campus for their bus to arrive. This improvement comes with a slight shift in our start and end times:
New Schedule
8:00 - Students can begin arriving on campus
8:20 - First bell
8:25 - Tardy bell
3:25 - Dismissal (carline and buses load)
We wanted to share this information early so you have plenty of time to plan ahead. We hope you’re as excited as we are about these positive changes for our Legacy community.
Best regards,
Megan Hembree
Legacy Elementary Principal

We can’t wait to welcome our newest families to Kindergarten Round-Up TONIGHT, April 27th! Please note this event is for students who will be entering Kindergarten for the 2026–2027 school year. 💙🐻💛
