*Attention Parents of Legacy Walkers:
We kindly ask that the walking areas not be used as a car “drop-off” or “pick-up” zone. Walking access at the Belle Rose gate and on Legacy Drive is only for students who are walking to and from school.
When cars stop at the walking areas, it creates congestion in the neighborhood and increases traffic risks for our students crossing the street. To help keep everyone safe and traffic flowing smoothly, please use the carline if you are driving to pick up or drop off your child.

Please be aware that road maintenance and lane closures on Airline Drive in North Bossier Parish may cause traffic congestion and school bus delays Monday and possibly Tuesday. Overlay work is going on between Kingston and Linton Roads and on Linton Road between Airline Drive and Flat River Road Bridge. Drivers are encouraged to plan alternate routes or allow extra travel time. Thank you!

Legacy Elementary Announcement
We are having a wonderful first day at Legacy! Starting tomorrow, parents will no longer be able to escort students to their classrooms. Our staff will be stationed throughout the building to help students get to class quickly and safely.
The only exception will be kindergarten students attending their preview day.
For car riders, please remain in the carline and do not exit the line once your child has gotten out. This will help keep the line moving and ensure a smooth start to the day.
Thank you for your cooperation and support!
