Dear PDHS Elementary Families,

We are excited to share that our campus is receiving some wonderful upgrades, including a resurfaced track and new LED football stadium lights! With construction still in progress and not scheduled to be completed before the end of the school year, we need to adjust our plans for Elementary Field Day.

Field Day has been rescheduled to the last day of school — Tuesday, May 19, 2026. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all students, the event will be held inside the main gym this year.

Event Schedule:

PreK – 2nd Grade: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
3rd – 5th Grade: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

We look forward to celebrating a fantastic 2025–2026 school year with our students and families and hope you will join us for this fun-filled day!

Attention Junior Parents: We want to remind you that this year’s Junior Class Ring Ceremony is fast approaching. The ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Activity Building gym. If your child plans to receive a ring at the ceremony, it is important that you place your order with the selected vendor as soon as possible so the ring will arrive on time. Please note that students are not required to receive a class ring to participate in the ceremony. Students may also receive a watch, belt buckle, jewelry, or another commemorative item instead. Thank you for your continued support of Plain Dealing High School.
