Our Food Truck Frenzy is coming up on Wednesday, May 13th—the perfect way to celebrate the end of the year! Order forms went home today, and all orders are due by Friday, May 8th.
Students can enjoy a delicious lunch + drink for $12, with sweet treats available for purchase too! Don’t forget—electronic payments through School Cash Online are preferred, but forms still need to be turned in to homeroom teachers.
Want to spread some kindness? 💙 You can also sponsor a classmate with a donation of $10 or more.
Let’s make this a fun and memorable celebration for our Cougars! 🐾

Take a deep breath. You’ve been climbing this mountain since the first day of school, and now you’re finally at the summit, ready to see the view. The classroom assignments, the practice problems, the essays, and the "aha!" moments have all led to this. You aren’t starting from scratch; you are simply showing up to claim the progress you’ve already made. Trust your gut, trust your preparation, and most importantly, trust yourself. We hope you walk into that room with your head held high. Not because you’re expected to be perfect, but because you know you’ve worked hard. No matter what-- we are already proud of the person you’ve become this year.
You’ve got this! Now show them what you know!

This past Saturday these outstanding Cope Beginning Band members performed in the BPSB Beginner Honor Band; congratulations on an excellent concert!

No contribution is too small—every bit of help makes a huge difference!
Let's show our faculty and staff how they make THE COPE DIFFERENCE!

Mrs. Samuels acts as an instructional leader, teaching students how to evaluate sources, spot misinformation, and cite work properly, uses deep pedagogical knowledge to curate collections that reflect diverse voices and interests, as well as sparking a love for reading in even the most reluctant students. Most recently, Mrs. Samuels' heart for students learning moved her to take the lead teaching role in one of our 8th grade ELA classes when a teacher resigned. How awesome is that!?!
Mrs. Coddington ensures that the physical and digital tools—from databases, ID badges to Chromebooks—are accessible and organized, manages the daily pulse of the library, helping students find that specific graphic novel or thriller they’ve been searching for, and ensuring no student leaves empty-handed. She also lends a helping hand in any role that we ask of her!
Thank you, Mrs. Samuels and Mrs. Coddington! You are our library superstars!
