Cope Parents,
Many parents have asked questions regarding tardies and absences in OnCourse. Here are the times used at COPE to help you determine student's attendance and tardies. These times are different at each school. To find this information on our website, please go to Cope's webpage, click the "menu" tab, look for the "Our school" column, then click on "Attendance Calculator" at the very bottom.
Please email

We are so excited to welcome Cope Cougars back to school today! We saw lots of smiles, hugs, and even sqeals when students saw their friends and teachers! It was a great start to 2026!
Please review the simplified dress code with your student. We saw several items that students got for Chrsitmas that doesn't follow the dresscode. Please look at approved jacket color on this image. Only the 7 colors lists are approved. Also, please double check shirt and short lengths. Dress code violations will be documented and consequences issued if it continues to be a problem.
REMINDER:
White, plaid, and khaki are not acceptable jacket colors for school uniform.
White skirts nor shorts are acceptable.
Fuzzy boots are not allowed.
Lastly, please make sure students have an ID badge each day.
Please see the CMS handbook if you have any further questions!

Our Cope Ambassadors and friends were honored to participate in Wreaths Across America this morning. Together, they helped place wreaths to remember and honor the brave men and women who served our country.
Wreaths Across America is a national nonprofit dedicated to remembering the fallen, honoring those who serve, and teaching future generations the value of freedom. Today’s experience was a meaningful reminder of gratitude, respect, and service.
We are so proud of our students for representing Cope with kindness, leadership, and patriotism. ❤️🤍💙
Thank you to our Ambassador sponsors, Mrs. Friedlund and Mrs. Ennis, and fellow Cope Staff, Mrs. Vance, Mr. Smith, Mrs. Smith, and Mrs. Ward and our Cope parents for their time, support, and dedication in helping make this meaningful service opportunity possible.
